Mr. Hill has accepted the position of Program Lead, he will be leading our efforts to offer our programs to even more students through extended programing hours and off site programming in 2012.

St.louis continues to grow its support for Cranksgiving yet again!

We had a another record number of people come out to the BottleWorks to support every ones efforts in collecting food items for Food Outreach.

Almost 700 people enjoyed the weather stopping at up to five grocery stores along 3 routes and after it was all finished we had collected over 7500 food items!!

We have no doubt that no other city will be able to match the giving spirit of St.louis cyclists. At the end of the month we will once again lay claim to the largest food drive on two wheels!!

A huge thank you to all our volunteers and supporters of Cranksgiving! Without them we would not be able to pull off such a great event.

Want to be a part of the biggest food collection ride in the country? Join us at Schlafly Bottleworks for the start of the ride at 10 A.M. and help provide food for Food Outreach.  The ride features a 5, 10, and 25 mile route.

In 2010 over 650 riders collected more than 6,000 food items for Food Outreach making it the largest Cranksgiving event in the country. Lets keep this record in St. Louis!

Come and  join us as we combine the love of riding and community assistance! Also you can support Food Outreach by dropping off food items at Bworks or at the Schlafly Bottle Works in Maplewood starting on Oct 28th!!

Once again all proceeds from the sales of Cranksgiving T-shirts goes directly to Food Outreach! T-Shirts may be picked up at the event and ordered the day of the event at the registration table.  If you are unable to pick up your T-Shirt the day of the ride they will be available the week after at Bworks.

• Stand rental is on first come first served basis.
  (We are working on a way to reserve stands)
• We as of now only have one stand for rent.
• You need to be a member. Membership starts at $15 for students and $25 for regular membership.
• Free first night with your membership.
• $5 per half hour after your first night.
• Stand rental is only open on Tuesday and Thursday night after 7pm.

This get you access to a stand, one of the most comprehensive bicycle tool sets in the Midwest and a volunteer helper!

Join us for Instructor Orientation at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29th to learn more about all the BWorks programs, see our new building in Soulard, and meet other instructors.  It’s the perfect time to get involved!

As with most construction we have had delays, We will be opening our door to sales on Tuesday the 20th at 7pm. We will be taking donations during any of our normal hours. Please feel free to join us for our opening on Sept 17th from 6-10pm.
