DESCRIPTION:Create-A-Book Session 1 Begins • Tuesday\, September 10 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM & Ending November 26    BookWorks’ Create-A-Book program classes comprise twelve 1 ½ hour classes each week for 12 weeks.   During these classes students use group activities along with individual mentoring to learn the skills necessary to author a story including the use of the story board to develop and idea\, plot\, character development\, illustration and much more.  Students work one-on-one with a mentor as they write their own story and illustrate it.  Once completed each students story is combined with the stories of other students and published into a volume of “The Beehive” a compendium of Create-A-Book student stories.
