Donated computers and accessories make our Earn-a-Computer program possible. We strive to ensure kids can leave our programs with computers they will be able to use both for learning and fun.

Due to the recycling companies charging for certain items we can no longer accept these items.

Donations can be made on Tuesday OR Thursday’s from 11am to 7pm or on Saturday from 10AM to 2PM at Bworks, 2414 Menard Street, 63104.

Here are some guidelines for the types of equipment we need:

COMPUTER HARDWARE:

Desktop Computers — ANY:

• Processor — DuoCore processor and newer from Intel or AMD
• Memory — 1Gb or larger per DIMM
• CD-RW and DVD-RW optical drive

• Video Cards — PCI-E
• Monitors (LCD only) — 22″ or larger with 16:9 ratio and a DVI port
• USB Keyboards
