We are so excited to see so many great kids attending Bworks classes! A few of this weeks classes are pictured below. This week we have 12 different classes running from North, South, East and West, Earn-A-Bike is happening all over the city this year!

BWorks teaching staff and volunteers successfully piloted a four-session version of our Learn-To-Ride class. Normally eight weeks long this version is only four weeks long. All six students began confidently riding on two wheels and some of them have now gone on to enroll in our free six-week Earn-A-Bike program. Here, they will master changing a flat tire, the rules of the road, and lots more before taking home a newly refurbished bicycle to keep.
This change to a linear flow of classes will allow Bworks staff and volunteers to work with many more students waiting to learn how to ride.
Our Learn-To-Ride instructors continue to be sought-after resources, and we’ll continue to keep you posted about options for young people especially interested in these empowering lessons.
