In 2014 cyclist brought in over 11,000 food items for Food Outreach all brought in by over 825 cyclists. We hope to once again smash this number in 2015 with your help.

Explore the links between sustainability, energy efficiency, conservation at home and a healthy environment. Talk with green product and service exhibitors, learning more about home improvement and healthy homes.

The Festival features and highlights local foods and spirits, live music and sustainable and handmade shopping at a Green Marketplace. Children and families can enjoy hands-on activities. Presentations and demonstrations throughout the day share the many ways that plants, air, water, soil and energy sustain our homes, our health and our living Earth.

BWorks Provides Free Repair and Adjustments on Grant’s Trail

St. Louis BWorks provides free repair and adjustment for riders along Grant’s Trail.

grantstrail5-2015-1Members of St. Louis BWorks were out in force on Saturday, May 2nd providing free repair and adjustments for riders on Grant’s Trail a biking and walking trail in St. Louis County, Missouri that begins at Orlando Gardens near Union Ave and I-55 and runs northwest to Holmes Ave and I-44 in Kirkwood. The trail is 8.25 miles (13.28 km) and is part of the Gravois Greenway. It connects the Meramec River Greenway to the River des Peres Greenway.

Our Programs, Material Drives, Volunteer Information and more …

As spring arrives the activities at BWorks shift into full swing.  Check the monthly calendar for bike and materials drives.  Our three programs (Earn-A-Bike, Earn-A-Computer & Create-A-Book) are ongoing not only at BWorks but also at a number of off site locations.  We are always looking for volunteers to help us help kids by working in our bike and computer shops as well as helping teach our programs.  Our kids programs are available for any youth between the ages of 7 and 17.

If you have questions please email us at info@bworks.org and/or stop in and see what we do.  We are open to the public on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from noon until 9PM and on Saturday from 10AM until 2PM.  Our volunteer hours are after 6 PM during the week and from 10AM until 2PM on Saturday.
